Comments: This artwork was apparently a design for a stained glass window. Basel was a well-known Art Nouveau graphic artist having studied at the Vienna School of Applied Art. He was a member of the Vienna "Secession" and one of the founders of the Oesterreichischer Werkbund." Dates to 1890.
